一、Orientation Training for Fresh Graduates
Orientation training is provided annually to help the fresh graduates to fit into the company smoothly, conveying the corporate culture and workflow system. The training courses mainly include brief introduction of functional departments and business divisions, financial reimbursement, operation training of common office systems, outward bound, etc.
二、Voyage Plan
"Voyage Plan - CISDI Practical Training Camp" is launched, aiming to improve the middle-level management's working capability and comprehensive competence. Based on three modules (i.e. management team, management business and management collaboration), the plan will build an elite management team by upgrading their knowledge structure and learing practical enterprise management methods.
三、Whole-process Project Consulting Training Camp
This training program is intended to accelerate the building of whole-process project consulting system and capacity, expedite the cultivation and pooling of management talents for whole-processproject consulting in the larger interest of the company. It involves the major aspects of whole-process project consulting, including pre-project feasibility study, tendering and procurement management, cost management, project approval application, design management and PPP consulting services.
四、Safety Trainings
"Production Safety Month" themed trainings are organized annually to strengthen the safety management of the company by enhancing the awareness of production safety and clarifying the responsibility for production safety at all levels.
五、Professional Technical Trainings
Technical training courses are provided annually, including BIM, electrical and project supervision manual standardization, so as to improve the technical expertise and comprehensive competence of employees and enhance their understanding of company business.
六、Occupational Health and Safety Training
"first aid skill training", "occupational health and major disease prevention lecture", "fire safety knowledge training", etc. are organized in succession to strengthen the health and safety management of employees, improve their health and safety awareness and their self-rescue and mutual rescue ability in response to emergencies and accidental injuries.
七、Other Trainings
PPT operation training and business presentation skills training, etc. are provided from time to time to improve the soft power and comprehensive competence of employees, and guide them into practical trainings, so that they can better represent the company in the face of the customers.
